We are closed weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and National Holidays.
To keep our prices as low as possible, we run our store with a very small team. There may not always be someone available by phone to answer your questions, but we are great at answering emails any day of the week! We try to get back to everyone within 24 hours (slightly longer on weekends and holidays).

Do you have a physical catalog?No, we don’t have a physical catalog. Our Online Store is the best choice for shopping as we are always updating it and adding new items.
Is it Safe to Order From After Hours Auto Parts?Yes it is! We work with companies who use industry standards for our credit card processing and payment gateways. Click here for the full outline of our Privacy/Security Policy.
What Types of Payments Do You Accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal!
Sorry, we do not directly accept Personal or Business Checks, money orders or cashier's checks, but PayPal does offer these services. Please contact PayPal to setup your account to use these payment options.
Exceptions may be made on purchases over $10,000, but credit checks are required. Please email [email protected] for more information.
*Some useful info and checkout tips: In the checkout page, enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes. For the expiration date, please enter month and year (MMYY). Do You Accept International Orders?No, we aren't able to accept international orders at this time. Please check back frequently as we are continuously updating our information.
How do I use a coupon or discount code?If you have a coupon (lucky you!) from AfterHoursAutoParts.com that you would like to redeem, please enter the coupon code in the "Apply Coupon" box in the shopping cart or during checkout.
How much is shipping?Shipping depends on various factors such as your shipping location and the weight of your total order. Once you enter your shipping information during checkout, our magic freight calculator will calculate your rate and options!
What are my shipping options?Ordering an item from AfterHoursAutoParts.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We are only able to ship to PO Boxes on some orders. Not all orders will be eligible for shipment to a PO Box. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products and therefore cannot be shipped outside the US 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to read product descriptions to review any shipping restrictions. After Hours Auto Parts uses FedEx, UPS, and US Postal Service to ship items unless otherwise specified under product descriptions, when items are purchased in bulk, or when UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service cannot be used for other reasons. Am I required to pay Sales Tax?Tax requirements are based on the "Ship To" address on your order.
How much is Sales Tax?By law, sales tax is automatically computed on product charges. To see the total sales tax that will be charged on your order, please proceed through checkout and enter your shipping address. Tax charges will display on the order summary before you complete the order.
How can I check the status of my order?To check the status of your order, please log into your account and click on the View Order History link. If you did not create an account during checkout, you can still check the status of the order by following this link and entering your order number and email address used during the purchase.
What if I need to cancel my order?When you have submitted your order, it is quickly routed to our warehouse for immediate processing. If your cancellation request is made before the item is processed, your order may be cancelled. However, AfterHoursAutoParts.com cannot guarantee cancellation. To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately.

What happens if a product is out of stock?Occasionally, items may be placed on back order. If we find that the product you ordered is on back order, we will contact with the options to either wait for the item or to cancel the order with a full refund. Sometimes out of stock parts are not restocked, so Customer Service will contact you to let you know the order cannot be fulfilled.
What happens if a product is damaged during shipment?If the product is damaged during transit, notify us immediately via email. Please include pictures of the damage.
