We are closed weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and National Holidays.
To keep our prices as low as possible, we run our store with a very small team.
There may not always be someone available by phone to answer your questions, but we are great at answering
emails any day of the week! We try to get back to everyone within 24 hours
(slightly longer on weekends and holidays).
No, we don’t have a physical catalog. Our Online Store is the best choice for shopping as we are always updating it and adding new items.

Ordering an item from AfterHoursAutoParts.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We are only able to ship to PO Boxes on some orders. Not all orders will be eligible for shipment to a PO Box. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products and therefore cannot be shipped outside the US 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to read product descriptions to review any shipping restrictions.
AfterHoursAutoParts.com uses UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service for small orders, and discount shippers exclusively to ship items unless otherwise specified under product descriptions, when items are purchased in bulk, or when UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service cannot be used for other reasons.

Yes, it's based on the "Ship To" address on your order.
By law, sales tax is automatically computed on product charges. To see the total sales tax that will be charged on your order, use the estimate shipping button in the checkout page. It will also display on the order summary before you complete the order.
To check the status of your order, please
log into your account and click on the View Order History link. If you did not create an account during checkout, you can still check the status of the order by following this
link and entering your order number and email address used during the purchase.
When you have submitted your order, it is quickly routed to our warehouse for immediate processing. If your cancellation request is made before the item is processed, your order may be cancelled. However, AfterHoursAutoParts.com cannot guarantee cancellation. To request an order cancellation, please

Occasionally, items may be placed on back order. If we find that the product you ordered is on back order, we will contact with the options to either wait for the item or to cancel the order with a full refund. Sometimes out of stock parts are not restocked, so Customer Service will contact you to let you know the order cannot be fulfilled.
If the product is damaged during transit, reject the delivery with UPS, FedEx, or other carrier and notify us immediately. The carrier will then send the package back to our warehouse, and we will ship out a new product to you.

The time it takes for your refund to appear on your credit card account varies depending on your credit card type and when the item was received at our warehouse. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

The majority of our products are brand new in the box. There are some items that are used. Those items will clearly list
USED in the product title. All used products will be in good working condition and will have all necessary parts/components. There may be slight scratches or dents on the part. Please see our Return Policy on information on returning new and used products.
