Description

Valve stem seals are critical components in an engine's valve train system, designed to regulate the amount of oil lubricating the valve stem as it moves within the valve guide. This precise control prevents excessive oil from entering the combustion chamber, which can lead to oil consumption, blue smoke from the exhaust, and carbon buildup on valves and combustion chambers. Conversely, they also ensure sufficient lubrication to prevent premature wear of the valve stem and guide. These seals are engineered for durability and a precise fit, utilizing advanced materials to withstand high temperatures and harsh engine environments, ensuring long-lasting performance and optimal engine efficiency.

Your prices are so good, is it new?
Yes. This item is new and in its original Fel-Pro packaging unless the description above says otherwise.
OEM or aftermarket?
An OEM part is made by, or for, the company that built the vehicle and carries their branding. An aftermarket part is made by another manufacturer to fit the same application, usually for less. Quality runs from below OEM to above it depending on the brand, so the name on the box matters more than the label.
