Description
This Sender and Pump Assembly is engineered to provide original equipment performance and reliability. All Fuel Delivery Module designs undergo rigorous lab and real world tests in order to meet engineering standards.
These Fuel Delivery Modules must pass over 70 laboratory and vehicle tests, including thousands of hours operating across all electrical and fuel level ranges. Vibration tests help ensure quiet and smooth pump operation at all speeds, loads, and fuel levels. EMC/RFI/ESD tests help ensure there is no electrical interference with other vehicle systems. NVH testing helps ensure quiet and smooth pump operation at all speeds, loads and fuel levels. Durability and performance fuel tests using inferior quality fuel blends and additives help ensure optimum performance in adverse conditions.
Assemblies are designed and calibrated for specific applications to help provide optimum fuel pressure, flow rates and accurate fuel gauge readings. OE connectors and fittings are used for leak free connections along with application specific sensors. In tank location helps minimize noise and vibration inside the vehicle. Assemblies include a lifetime fuel filter under normal conditions. Anti drainback design helps provide quick starts and minimal cranking time. A single stage turbine fuel pump helps ensure optimum pressure and flow rates, and uses a precision balanced armature for quiet operation.
These parts are recommended by the original equipment manufacturer for their vehicles. They are designed and tested to rigorous engineering standards and fit right the first time for quicker, easier installation.
